about us

This member of the orchid family derives its name from the resemblance of its white-veined leaves to rattlesnake's skin. It grows from three to five inches tall and usually blooms from June to August. The bloom stalk has many small, white, orchid-like flowers and is one to two feet tall.

The rhizome should be planted about two inches deep in a moist shady area. Some plants may not grow and bloom until the second season.
